Start With Assessment, Not a Menu
Different symptoms can have different causes, and the most appropriate next step may be oral hydration, rest, testing, prescribed medication, IV fluids, or referral for urgent care. A product name alone cannot determine what is right for you.
A qualified healthcare professional should review your symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, and relevant risks before recommending treatment.
Hangover Symptoms
Rest, time, light food, and oral fluids are appropriate for many people. IV fluids may be considered when dehydration is clinically suspected, and oral intake is not adequate or appropriate. No IV treatment can guarantee recovery within a fixed time.
Diarrhoea, Vomiting, or “Bali Belly”
These symptoms may involve dehydration, infection, or another condition. Assessment is important before medication or IV treatment. Blood in the stool, persistent vomiting, fainting, confusion, severe pain, or significant dehydration requires medical evaluation.
Fatigue After a Long Flight
Jet lag primarily involves disruption of the body clock. IV fluids do not reset the circadian rhythm. Sleep timing, daylight exposure, hydration, and gradual adjustment may help, while unusual or severe symptoms after a flight need medical assessment.
Heat or Exercise-Related Dehydration
Move to a cool place, rest, and use oral fluids or oral rehydration solution when tolerated. Confusion, fainting, very high body temperature, chest pain, or worsening weakness may indicate heat illness and require urgent care.
Low Energy or Brain Fog
Fatigue and poor concentration can have many causes, including sleep loss, dehydration, infection, anaemia, medication effects, thyroid problems, or stress. Vitamins and IV therapy should not be presented as a guaranteed solution without assessment.
Skin or Cosmetic Goals
Evidence for cosmetic IV formulas is limited, and results are not guaranteed. IV glutathione should not be promoted as a proven way to whiten skin or reverse ageing. Sun protection and advice from a qualified dermatologist remain important.
Feeling Unwell or Concerned About Immunity
Vitamin infusions are not proven to prevent infection or replace vaccination, sleep, nutrition, or medical treatment. Fever, breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, a spreading rash, or worsening symptoms require medical evaluation.
Fever or Possible Dengue
Do not select a “fever drip” from a menu. Fever in Bali may have many causes, including dengue, and requires appropriate assessment and testing. Suspected dengue needs careful monitoring because treatment decisions depend on the clinical picture and laboratory findings.
Pregnancy, PMS, or Women’s Health Concerns
Pregnancy, severe menstrual symptoms, hormonal concerns, or persistent nausea should be discussed with a qualified clinician. A general wellness infusion should not be presented as a treatment for hormonal balance or pregnancy-related symptoms without appropriate medical oversight.
